The AWARE Workshop on Awareness Interfaces & Interactions will be held at IUI 2017, in Limassol, Cyprus.
Awareness is a key user interface and interaction paradigm. Choosing what to make the user aware of, at what time, and how, has a critical impact on system usage and overall perception. In this workshop, we will bring together those from academia and industry to share their own work in this area, debate key topics, and brainstorm possible future collaborations or papers in this area.
Call for Submissions:
We are seeking 4 page position papers by December 16th, 2016 from researchers about their hands-on experience of explicitly designing for user awareness or incorporating awareness mechanisms into their own research.
